The GW Competition & Innovation Lab and the National Consumers League jointly organize the conference "Artificial Intelligence and Consumer Fraud: Risks, Responses, and Policy Solutions" on September 17th of 2025 at the George Washington University. 

This conference will examine how organized criminals are leveraging Al to power the next wave of fraud, highlight best practices and Al-driven tools being used to prevent scams, and explore policy solutions needed to better protect consumers.
