Avinash Dadhich

Prof. Dadhich is the Founding Director of the Dhirubhai Ambani School of Law at the Dhirubhai Ambani University. Prof. Dadhich has extensive academic and industry experience in legal and regulatory areas, focusing on AI/Robotics/Internet Governance/Data Privacy, Competition Law, and IPR. He received full scholarships for his Ph.D. from the UK, LL.M. from France, and LL.B. from Delhi University and completed AI Policy Clinic Certificate from The Centre for AI and Digital Policy, Washington, D.C.

With extensive experience in higher education, he has served as the Director of Manipal Law School at MAHE Bengaluru, the Dean of the Institute of Legal Studies and Research at GLA University in Mathura, and the Dean of IFIM Law School in Bengaluru.

Prof. Dadhich has authored 10 research papers and 2 books in both Indian and international academic journals and publications and  attended and presented research papers at International conferences at Internet Governance Forum (UN event), Poland, ZTH Zurich, Switzerland, University of Luxembourg, Paris Dauphine, Paris, Oxford University, University of Amsterdam, University of Birmingham, University of Southampton, Poznan University, Poland, Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) Athens, Greece, King's College London, American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law, Washington DC, European Commission, Brussels, Tilburg University, Amsterdam, Netherlands , World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland etc.
