Donna Faye

Donna Faye is a Visiting Fellow with experience in counseling and litigation, mergers, international trade, and ESG compliance. Prior to joining Akin, she practiced antitrust litigation at a global law firm in Washington, D.C., and clerked for the Honorable Richard E. Moore in Virginia. She also served as a summer law clerk in the Federal Trade Commission’s Tech Enforcement Division. A former U.S. State Department Annenberg Fellow and intern, she currently serves as president of the Council of American Ambassadors Annenberg Fellowship Alumni Association. Donna Faye earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she held leadership roles in student organizations and received the Ritter Scholarship Award. She holds a B.A. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution and Global Affairs from George Mason University.
