Kristina Nordlander has a leading EU antitrust, litigation and regulatory practice with a particular focus on big tech and life sciences. She has over two decades of experience representing clients on antitrust investigations, mergers, challenges and complaints before the European Commission and on high-profile proceedings before the EU courts in Luxembourg. Known for her understanding of how EU institutions work, Kristina has a strong focus on EU competition law enforcement issues impacting the digital single market, online selling, mobile and electronic payments and other technology. 

She advises numerous online marketplaces and platforms on EU antitrust matters on new digital regulations like the EU Digital Markets Act. She has a successful track record of using EU law tools such as free movement rules, litigation and infringement procedures to secure and improve market access. Kristina’s court experience includes litigating alleged antitrust violations, disputed product classifications/restrictions, market access, data protection/transparency and legal privilege issues.
