Lokesh Bulchandani

Lokesh Bulchandani is a Senior Policy Research Analyst at the Institute of International Finance and has consulted for the World Bank on competition and digital policy issues. He holds an LL.M from New York University, where he was a Dean's Graduate Award Scholar. Lokesh has served as a Research Assistant to Professor Frederic Jenny and is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law. Before moving to the United States, he worked as an associate at a tier 1 law firm in India, gaining extensive experience in corporate, international trade, and antitrust laws. He has also been a visiting faculty member at various universities and received a merit scholarship for outstanding academic performance in his undergraduate B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) program, which is equivalent to a JD.
