Manveen Singh

Dr. Manveen Singh is a Professor and Associate Dean at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS). He is also the Director of Centre for Postgraduate Legal Studies (CPGLS) and the Deputy Director of the Jindal Initiative on Research in IP and Competition (JIRICO). Dr. Singh was appointed as a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University, Israel, in November 2022. His primary areas of interest are Intellectual Property Rights, Technology and Innovation, Intersection of Intellectual Property and Competition Law, and the Law of Evidence. Dr. Singh has published on Intellectual Property Law and Law of Evidence in several international journals. He is currently carrying out research on standards and the intersection of Intellectual Property and Competition Law, and CRISPR Technology. He recently published his book on Standard-Setting Organisations’ IPR Policies, with Springer Singapore.
