Dr Muzaffer Eroğlu is an assistant professor at Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Law, Istanbul, Türkiye. He lectures on company law, corporate governance, law and economics and regulation and competition law. Dr Eroglu holds an LLB from Ankara University, an LLM from the University of Kent and a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London. He is a member of the Ankara Bar.
His academic research focuses on company law, corporate governance, law and economics, regulation and competition law. He published and edited several books on company law, corporate governance, regulation and competition in network industries and digitalisation. He also published several articles on company law, corporate governance, competition, and regulation. Currently, his search focuses on corporate governance, regulation and competition law. He also advises several undertakings and institutions on their operations regarding competition laws.
Muzaffer was formerly a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, the European University Institute and the University of Oxford Law School. Muzaffer was also a member of the Sustainable Companies Project organised by the University of Oslo.
He is currently a consultant to the sustainability and competition law project. He voluntarily provides consultancy to the Independent Women Directors Project, Thirty Percent Turkey. He is a mentor at Women@Competition Turkey.
