This workshop aims to foster in-depth discussions on the maritime port sector in Ecuador and Latin America from a competition law perspective. By engaging key stakeholders from both the public and private sectors, the event seeks to:
• Analyze the current landscape of the port industry in Ecuador and the region.
• Facilitate dialogue on the challenges and opportunities within the maritime port sector.
• Promote collaboration and the exchange of best practices among industry experts and regulators.
