Shilpi Bhattacharya

Shilpi Bhattacharya is a Professor at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. She received the Olin Graduate Fellowship in Law and Economics to complete her LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia. She was admitted to the New York bar and practiced law in the British law firm, Linklaters. Subsequently, she completed her Ph.D. in competition law, titled 'Competition Law and the Bounded Rationality of Firms' from Erasmus University Rotterdam as part of the European Doctorate in Law and Economics. Shilpi's research and teaching interests are primarily in competition law.
