Lawrence B. Landman

Lawrence B. Landman is a Senior Vice President of Lateral Link’s Bridgeline Solutions and Director of its Antitrust Division. He has worked with large firms and boutique firms in both the United States and Europe, and he has practiced in many different areas of commercial law, with a special emphasis in antitrust law. He is a leading authority on how the American and European antitrust authorities protect competition to foster innovation, having written extensively on the subject over many years.

Larry has also helped many technology companies expand internationally, by raising financing, negotiating contracts and devising marketing strategies.

Larry is the author of Doing Business in the United States: Legal Opportunities and Pitfalls, which has been translated into Mandarin and Czech.

Larry earned his B.A. from Stony Brook University; his J.D from the University of California, Berkeley; his MBA from Columbia University; and his Ph.D from Roskilde University in Denmark.
