Oscar Borgogno

Oscar Borgogno is a Research Officer in the International Relations and Economics Department at the Bank of Italy, a lecturer at the International Training Centre of the ILO, and a teaching assistant at LUISS University (Italy). He earned his PhD in law from the University of Turin and an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
