Penelope Giosa

Penelope Giosa is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Portsmouth Law School and has an educational and professional background in both civil and common law systems. She conducted research as Visiting Researcher at many prestigious higher education institutions, such as the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA, 2023), the Institute of European and Comparative Law (University of Oxford, 2022) and the Georgetown Law School (Washington D.C, 2019). Her research project at Georgetown Law School was funded by the American Bar Association, Section of Antitrust Law International Scholar in Residence Program. She is a qualified lawyer in Cyprus.
