Richard Gilbert

Richard Gilbert, along with being a professor in the University of Berkeley's Department of Economics, he was also Chair of the Department  from 2002 to 2005. From 1993 to 1995 he was Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
